At The Golf Guys Online, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective plastics are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
